9kboss Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

By accessing the 9kboss platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you create a 9kboss account or, if earlier, from the moment you begin using the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using 9kboss and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 9kboss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with updates communicated via the platform and effective upon publication.

For clarity throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "9kboss" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 9kboss platform and its operating entity, accessible at 9kboss.click.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 9kboss account.
• "Account" — the registered user profile associated with a Pakistani mobile number on the 9kboss platform.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all 9kboss transactions. Displayed amounts use the Rs symbol (e.g. Rs 1,000).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by 9kboss subject to wagering requirements and expiry dates.
• "Real Funds" — Pakistani Rupees deposited by the player directly, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be bet before Bonus Funds become withdrawable as Real Funds.
• "Provably Fair" — a cryptographic verification system used by certified game providers allowing players to independently confirm round outcomes.

To register and use 9kboss you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9kboss takes age verification seriously and will request documentary evidence at any time if there is reasonable doubt about a player's age.
• You must be accessing 9kboss from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each 9kboss account must represent a single real individual who is the account holder.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a 9kboss employee in a position where such participation could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from 9kboss. Attempting to re-register after a permanent exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one 9kboss account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account exists for your identity without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your correct Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested. 9kboss uses this information to verify identity, process withdrawals, and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9kboss login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 9kboss will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support at support@9kboss.click.

Any activity conducted from a logged-in 9kboss account is treated as authorised by the account holder. 9kboss accepts no liability for losses resulting from an account holder sharing their credentials with another person.

Deposits

9kboss accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There are no platform-imposed deposit fees — your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply independently.

Deposits are credited to your 9kboss wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits reflect within seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever the technical capability exists. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests for Real Funds (not Bonus Funds) are processed within five to fifteen minutes for standard accounts. VIP members receive priority processing.

Identity Verification

9kboss may request identity verification documents (CNIC or valid ID) before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold or in cases where account activity triggers a review under our anti-money laundering policy. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated time window may result in a hold on withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

9kboss offers bonuses, cashback, free bets, and promotional credits to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated when the offer is communicated, plus the following general rules which apply to all 9kboss promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period expire automatically without replacement.
• When a wagering requirement applies, bets from Bonus Funds placed on games with an RTP above 97% contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• The 9kboss VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses only within the qualifying period, credited to Real Funds, not Bonus Funds, and has no wagering requirement.
• 9kboss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met the promotional conditions before the cancellation date will not be affected retroactively.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and live betting markets on the 9kboss platform, including PSL cricket markets, football, and any other sports covered:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before a result can be determined, all related bets are void and stakes returned, subject to the minimum completion threshold for specific markets (e.g. PSL rain rules).
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. 9kboss reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time without notice, particularly following significant match events.
• Errors in odds — whether typographical or caused by a technical fault — are void. 9kboss reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds, with stakes returned to the player's account.
• Maximum payout per bet is Rs 20,00,000 (Rs 20 lakh) unless a higher limit is communicated to VIP members individually.

Casino and crash games on 9kboss — including Aviator, Andar Bahar, Ludo, and all other RNG or live dealer products — operate under the following rules:

• Games from certified providers (including Spribe) operate using independently audited RNG or Provably Fair systems. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by 9kboss or the player.
• Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the bet. If a bet was confirmed before disconnection, the round settles normally. Cash-out requests that cannot be processed due to disconnection are not guaranteed.
• The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game reflects long-run statistical expected return across a large number of rounds — it does not represent a per-session guarantee.
• 9kboss reserves the right to suspend, remove, or replace any game in the library at any time.
• Any malfunction — whether in game software or platform infrastructure — voids any round or transaction affected by that malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9kboss platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with 9kboss games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion between two or more players to artificially influence game outcomes, betting markets, or accumulate bonuses unfairly.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or exploiting promotional structures in ways clearly not intended by 9kboss.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting differences in 9kboss odds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly in conjunction with other betting platforms.
• Exploiting software errors — knowingly continuing to bet on or through a game or market that is clearly malfunctioning or offering incorrectly calculated odds.
• Money laundering — depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in 9kboss games and betting markets.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes for transactions that were legitimately processed by 9kboss.

9kboss reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons, without being limited to this list:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• The account holder's death — in which case the estate of the deceased may contact us regarding withdrawal of the Real Funds balance.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.

In cases of suspension for investigation, Real Funds in the account are held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Bonus Funds in a suspended account are not returned. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error should contact support at support@9kboss.click within 30 days of the suspension.

All content on the 9kboss platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the property of 9kboss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players may access 9kboss content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any 9kboss content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of the 9kboss brand, logo, or platform content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9kboss provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 9kboss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• 9kboss is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays outside our control.
• 9kboss does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability.
• In no event will 9kboss's total liability to any player for any claim exceed the value of Real Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9kboss collects and processes personal data for the purpose of operating player accounts, processing payments, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform. Data collected includes registration details, transaction history, and platform usage information.

9kboss does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform. Full details of our data practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

9kboss is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all players at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit. Effective immediately when set. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits — automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary restriction on account access for a defined period of one day to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure available immediately upon request. Self-excluded accounts are removed from all marketing communications and cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion.

Players who experience a technical issue during play should contact support immediately with the round or bet reference number. Do not attempt to replicate or exploit a technical error — doing so falls under Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct).

9kboss may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notification within the platform and/or by email to the registered account address. The updated Terms will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of 9kboss after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time a transaction or event occurs will govern that transaction or event.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 9kboss should first be raised with our customer support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter informally and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures as communicated by 9kboss at that time. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
